on the subject of cozies.

On the subject of cozies...wine cozies... i found these coffee cozies at Grey Likes Weddings. I've seen them on Etsy and other blogs, but hadn't "warmed up" to them until now. I want one! Can you tell that my office is freezing?!

new blog love.

I ran across this blog today, Grey Likes Weddings, and I just love the DIY projects. And the photography is gorgeous! (Not to mention this blogger's entire family) This is definitely a blog that I plan on adding to my dailies.

wedding fever.

This inspiration board and save the dates are so adorable! I love the colors and that tie and the bottom is SO cool! And one of my very best friends just got engaged, as well as my boyfriend's sister. So, I have a lot of wedding designing to do in the very near future! All inspiration is welcome :)

toast its.

These wine wraps from Imagehaus are such a genius idea. I saw the post on design work life and wished I had thought of them sooner! They are so simple and really well-designed. I love the second one below.

add some holiday drama.

I love these looks posted on Apartment #34. Usually the Holidays are so red and green, sparkly in a tacky way. But these photos are so elegant and sophisticated and I totally see how they could work for a fab Holiday party or New Years night out.

musical wedding toast. amazing.

This is the most amazing wedding toast ever. I love the song and the fact that they went to so much trouble to get everyone involved. It's completely adorable.

personal project, magazine spreads.

This semester I've been a busy bee, working on everything for my portfolio and for some reason I decided to take on the task of developing this project on my own and completing it before the BFA exhibition (which goes up this Sunday!).

I got the text for this project from various sources online, but the photography and typography are original. If you want to check out this and other projects that I've designed, please visit my portfolio website (soon to be updated)

restless bee, chicago.

I am always on the lookout for Chicago design masters and Erik Kraft of Restless Bee is pretty impressive. He's a freelance web designer with some serious skills. And I love his personal branding.
